Our Client #4485 is a full-service international air & ocean freight forwarder that generates the majority of its business via a highly visible and active web-based software platform from a highly diversified customer base.  The sophisticated software platform captures both Quotation Requests and Bookings.  The front-end is interfaced with a rate-management system and a 3rd party operations system.  The bookings/operations are handled by a team of 4 staff.  The software platform also caters to domestic USA air/truck freight that the owners are seeking to maintain but would be open to discussion should the Buyer want to enter into this sector. 

The 1 semi-active owner are seeking a Buyer who would benefit from additional sales/gross profits from the existing book of business that can be handled by their existing staff or, alternatively, who would maintain the employment of existing staff located in vicinity to the EWR Airport.  The Buyer would benefit from assuming the CHB activities that are currently being subcontracted to a 3rd Party. The Buyer would also benefit from continuing and new sales from the software platform.  The Owner is open to either an Asset or Stock Purchase including the software platform and FMC/IATA licenses.
