Educated in the United States, graduated from Rider College, New Jersey in 1979. Admitted into the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 1983. Gained accounting experience by working for several public accounting firms. Industry experience included supervising, and subsequently, managing, five annual engagements for the US audit of one of the largest international freight forwarders. From 1986 through 1992, held the position of Controller & Treasurer of Calberson/Hermann Ludwig Inc. Participated in the parent organization as an Executive Member of the International Controllers Committee. The Committee's main focus and major accomplishment was the implementation of the Corporation's worldwide International Settlement System. Co-founded Albion International Services, Inc. in 1991. Andrew D. Titley, Managing Director:
Educated in various countries including Egypt and Ethiopia and Kingswood School, Bath, UK. Admitted as an Associate of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants in 1981 and became a Fellow of the Institute in 1989. Experience includes Trainee Accountant with an international packing and crating Corporation; Accountant with Cunard Steamship with responsibilities for fleet accounting; various senior financial positions within the P&O Container Corporation (formerly OCL) including responsibility for the Southampton Terminal and the SW Region of the UK; Revenue Controller of Pandair Freight, Inc. from 1984 to 1986; Controller, Treasurer, Senior Vice-President, Corporation Secretary and CFO of Amerford International Corporation (a NASDAQ Corporation) from 1988 through 1991.
